Archive for June, 2009

Last Saturday, my friend Kristin invited me over to check out her beautiful home on the lake and to meet her new additions. Needless to say, I was greeted by her family with open arms and maybe a little drool. Here’s a peek of Chase (the newest addition to the family), one of the many family dogs named Reese (like the candy) and even Kristin’s sister, Jessie who I have not seen since I babysat her millions of years ago (and who is graduating from high school this weekend). Enjoy a little hint of the fun we had and hopefully more pictures will be posted later this weekend. Congrats to Jessie on graduation, happy early birthday to Kristin, and fabulous Friday to everyone else.

As you can tell, I am a little behind in posting. Hopefully I can get back on track shortly. Here are some pictures from Bark in the Park 2009 at the Knights Stadium in Fort Mill, SC.

Buster, the first dog showcased here stole my heart. He is cute, small and such a cuddlier. He is also this month’s featured pet for Project HALO.

Next up from Project HALO is Trump. He’s a little shy, but eventually he warmed up to the crowd and me snapping away.

Our last fuzzy friend at the park is Piper. She’s so sweet and loved getting belly rubs. Well, what dog doesn’t, right?

Project HALO is a wonderful organization. If you need a partner in crime or just a snuggle buddy, please check them out. The have lots of volunteer opportunities available on the website and also through their Facebook Group. Upcoming adoption events are on their website, so make sure you check it out to see where you can spot what could be your new best friend.

While on the subject of cute dogs, here are a few extra pictures shot from Bark in the Park. From the biggest…

I have to say that it was a huge honor to be invited to capture Ramsay’s third birthday. We expected rain, but the day was just full of surprises, sunshine and smiles. Here are a few pictures from that wonderful day. Can’t wait to come back and play with all the cool new toys.

A little giggle with Liza on the front porch waiting on guests to arrive.

Just another laugh with dad. Happy birthday Ramsay!
