That would be exactly how I would describe my friendship with Elisabeth. We met in college over our love for a band and over the years since graduation we have been lucky enough to stay in touch. That means through all the moves to different cities such as Charlotte for me, but LA, Ireland and back to LA again for her. When she comes into town, I beg  ask her to meet me at our favorite coffee place to catch up.

Elisabeth is a scarf person. Even if it might be 90 degrees in LA, that girl always rocks a scarf. Lucky for her, the day she came to visit in Charlotte, we got lots of cold windy weather.

I am not sure if it is the coffee or our friendship, but together they make up a favorite of mine. I can’t tell you how many times something happens in my life and Elisabeth has been there to pick up the pieces, be supportive or just provide a laugh. As much as I hate that she is on another coast, I am so glad that she is just a phone call away. Happy Friday!
